0% Stamp Duty and Registration Charges*

The terms below apply to the “0% Stamp Duty and Registration Charges*” special offer shown on this website for JPC VELORA, Shimpoli, Borivali (West), Mumbai, a project by Aquarius Realty Private Limited (the “Developer”).

  1. Nature of the offer. This is a special promotional offer on residences at JPC VELORA. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  2. Eligibility and availability. The offer applies only to residences that are available for booking and only to bookings accepted and confirmed in writing by the Developer. It is subject to availability of units.
  3. Statutory charges. Stamp duty, registration charges, GST and any other government or statutory charges are governed by the laws, rates and rules in force at the time of the transaction. The manner in which the offer is applied will be as stated in the Developer’s written booking documents.
  4. Other offers. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, scheme or discount unless the Developer confirms this in writing.
  5. Changes to the offer. The Developer may modify, extend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. The terms in the booking documents will prevail over any information on this website.
  6. Agreement for sale. All transactions in this development are subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement for sale to be executed between the parties.
  7. Information on this website. Images, renders, plans, specifications and features shown on this website are for information and presentation purposes only and may vary. Please refer to the official project documents and approved plans for accurate details.
