How We Handle Your Information

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the JPC VELORA website collects, how it is used and the choices you have. JPC VELORA, Shimpoli, Borivali (West), Mumbai, is a project by Aquarius Realty Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By using this website and submitting your details, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry, brochure, floor-plan, visit or contact form, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), address or area, the residence you are interested in, your purpose and your preferred way of being contacted (call, WhatsApp or email). Channel partners and brokers may also give their company or agency name, RERA registration number and a message.
2. How we use it. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, send you the brochure or floor plans you ask for, arrange site visits, share project and offer information, and contact you by the method you choose. We may also use it to keep records and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Brochure and floor plans. To download the brochure or floor plans, or to open the Floor Plans page, we ask you to submit your details first. The details are used as described in this policy.
4. Where your information is stored. Enquiries are recorded in a secure online spreadsheet that is accessible only to authorised people at the Developer and its sales team. This is hosted with Google, and the website itself is hosted with Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf.
5. Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our authorised sales and marketing team, with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, and where the law requires or permits us to do so.
6. Your browser. This website uses your browser’s local storage to remember that you have already submitted a form, so you are not asked again, and to manage reminders and the chat helper. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers at present. A map from Google loads only if you choose to open it on the Contact page.
7. The chat helper. The chat helper answers common questions with prepared information. It does not collect your personal details.
8. How long we keep it. We keep your information for as long as it is needed for your enquiry or booking, and for as long as the law requires.
9. Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices. You may ask us to correct or update your details, to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, subject to any legal obligations. To do so, please contact us using the details below.
11. Children. This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Links to other websites. This website links to other websites, such as the official MahaRERA website. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date of the update.
